I would like to offer my sincere thanks and some feedback following our very successful off-site management meeting at Alibaug from 23rd - 25th January 2011. Your session on 24th Jan represented a team-building exercise as part of a wider programme and I was delighted with the extent of integration with the overall concepts that you achieved.
I must admit that before the Team Building session was delivered by Talent Management Inc, I was apprehensive about whether the messages would be in line with my thoughts on what needed to be conveyed or whether my team would be receptive to this approach. However, by the end of the session, I was delighted at how the earlier discussed messages were internalized and delivered at the program. The messages delivered gave me the impression of the external consultant being a part of our organization - which greatly added to the effectiveness of the message delivery.
Observations made during the interactive sessions and activity debriefs were 'spot-on'. The rich managerial experiences of the Consultant (Sanju Fernandes), were evident in the way debriefs were moderated and assessments / feedback delivered at the session. The activities conducted were unique, enjoyable and had a strong, clear message.
Having attended many Seminars and Team Building sessions across the world, I can confidently say that the Team Building session delivered for Otto Bock India can be rated amongst the better ones I have witnessed. It had a fair share of learning as well as fun and helped bond and motivate my staff.
I will have no hesitation in using Talent Management Inc. for our future Team Building events.

The session was very relevant, informative & appropriate.
